Good service render. But some stuff they bought for me has been worn. I will advise they don't buy and park,they should check the goods too.
I have never had any issue with CVM, in fact, their services are good, fast and reliable. so far they are the best amongst them all.
1. Online chat service poor. They are arogant and you have to keep describing your issue anytime you chat them
2. Ghana office too small. Get a bigger and spacious place
3. Be specific on items that will go through normal shipping. Wrist watches at times comes through express shipping while at time it comes. Through normal shipping. Tonner powder and cartridge are neither er liquid nor battery items, yet they go through normal shipping. USB cables and hubs at times goes through normal and at times express.
Very good in handling of goods, but the worst in customer support and tracking process.You are to pay fine when we don't receive our goods after estimated delivery date just as we alao pay demurrage charges if we don't pick up on time.
The Nigeria office is full of staff with little or no experience in Logistics.
