The shipping though express is still delayed
I am yet to get a call against the date given to me.
I paid for express shipping and am not HAPPY about it
The worst service I have ever had in this life. This is my first and definitely, will be last dealing with the fraud called Chrisvicmall. It has been weeks of nightmares with Chrisvicmall customer officers who have been tutored extensively in the art of compulsive lying. It is so easy to deduct your fees but hard to render the requisite services. I paid for express shipping of my order, but days have turned to weeks and weeks to almost a month with no sign of my parcel. I will never recommend this fraud called Chrisvic mall even to my worst enemy.
charges too high, customer service very poor. When you send a message concerning a problem it takes years to get a reply not to take of resolving it. I have created many tickets yet no response.
I gave you 2 stars because you respond on time. But your shipping fee? Very high I must say. Upon that you still charged me 2500 naira to waybill and when I tried to track my parcel on the GIG site I realised they charged me 1700 naira for that waybill. My first time of using your service and I must say I'm not really impressed.
The chinese branch service is excellent because these is my first time of working with this company just that the shipping fee is much BT Nigeria branch is very slow and annoying.wen shipping from China to Nigeria takes 10days and shipping from Lagos to osogbo which is less than 3hours drive is taking more than 5days....as in I don't understand.
