You deserve to be given 5 stars but some of the bags received were not screwed properly. Some pins were missing too. Please do well to check on the item before receiving from the supplier. Thank you

I like the service I get in the China office but your service in Lagos is 0 star.. the workers there don't answer call..when they do,you have to keep explaining to them... Now it is over 2days, I have paid for my orders to be sent to warri but they promised to send.. they haven't contacted me with waybill no... I have called and they are no picking. They said office hour is 9am -5pm... I call within working hours.

I m always having issues with them anytime my parcel arrived Lagos cos sending to warri for me to pick up is another issue

I would have given a 5 star if Chrisvicmall can take pictures of items received from suppliers and sellers for us to see the real pictures of what we are buying. If you can introduce this feature even at a cost, I strongly believe most Ghanaian importers will be very happy.

I would have given 5 star but I’m really disappointed with the mobile money accreditation in my account,after paying for 5 good days my account hasn’t been accredited to place shipping to Ghana,kindly reach your Rep here to attend to some of us,he’s delaying our goods,do we have to call and plead before you credit the account even after paying
