Extremely poor, ur words are not true , customer service bad. i paid for local delivery to Abuja since on monday and uptill now have not gotten my items after they have delayed the goods already

CVM is trying but can actually do better, my first bad experience was when the weight of my item was inflated, secondly my item got missing in your office and the recent delay of shipment with over 5 weeks. Be more transparent and improve on customer satisfaction. Thank you.
