Estimated Delivery Period Update

There will be delay delivery due to the upcoming Christmas holiday. For this reason, we are adjusting our delivery period and suggestions as below:

  1. Our estimated delivery time has been updated due to the delay. Please bear with us. You can view the current estimated time on our shipping price list.
  2. If you are purchasing things to sell during the Christmas period, we strongly suggest that you go for Express Shipping or Triweekly. Although there might be a delay, they cannot be compared to Normal Shipping delay.
  3. Let your customers understand the current situation of things and always remember to add additional days when giving them the arrival time of their items.
  4. Do not wait until the final day to purchase items you need for Christmas. Whatever you want to purchase, please do it now.
  5. Always remember that items like liquid, battery products, smartwatch, Bluetooth devices will automatically be shipped through Normal Shipping.
  6. Please always be patient. The delay is not intentional. Chrisvicmall still have to undergo flight and customs regulations before your items will be shipped and clear. Please bear with us.


China Mid-Autumn Festival And National Day Holiday Notification

On the 24th of September 2018, our China office will be on vacation due to the Mid-Autumn Festival holidays in China. Order processing and shipping will be affected but activities will resume on 25th September 2018. Also from 1st of October to the 3rd of October 2018, there will be another holiday due to the China National Day Holidays. Chrisvicmall China office will not work during the China National Holiday. During these periods, you can still be able to place your order, however order processing and shipping might slightly be affected.

Holiday Notification

Chrisvicmall China office will be going on a holiday from 16th of June and will resume on 19th of June. This holiday affects both China and Nigeria branches. This holiday is due to China's Dragon festival celebration while Nigeria Federal government has declared the holiday to celebrate the 2018 Eid-El-Fitr. 

We congratulated the Muslim faithful on a successful completion of the Ramadan fast and at the same time wishing Chinese friends a happy Dragon festival.

Up comming Chinese Vacation Notification

There will be holiday in China on the 30th of April 2018. Order processing and shipping activities will be limited. We will resume work on 1st of May 2018.

Note that this holiday only affects China branch. If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us.

2018 Chinese New Year Holiday Notice

Due to upcoming Chinese New Year holiday, Chrisvicmall will stop processing orders on 3rd of February 2018. The last day for shipment of goods will be on the 6rd of February 2018. We will resume vacation on the 26th of February 2018. 

During the Chinese holiday period, please note that both Chrisvicmall Nigeria and Ghana branch will not be affected. You can still be able to pick up your parcels or visit for inquiries.  The only branch that will be closed is the China branch.

Holiday News Update

Due to Christmas and New Year vacation, there might be a delay in response until 8th of January 2018. Please bear with us. Thanks for your cooperation. 

December Fever Shipping Estimate Delivery Update

Due to upcoming Christmas festival, there has been a serious congestion of goods at freight section. This has caused the airlines to limit the number of goods they can carry each day. As a result of their decision, goods delivery will not be as fast as expected. There will be a lot of "short landing with goods" and this will lead to longer delivery time. 

Express shipping from China to Nigeria will take between 3days to 5days. Triweekly will take between 4 to 7days while Normal shipping will take between 14days to 30days.

Express shipping from China to Ghana will take between 7days to 14days. 

Please if you planned to used your items before 25th of December, calculate the days left before placing any order.  If you have any goods in our China office, we highly recommend that you place the order for shipping now so that we can ship it out as soon as possible.

Normal Shipping Price Update

Starting from 17th of November 2017, any Normal Shipping parcel above 20kg will be charged as $6 per kg. This is because of increase in price from airlines. We apologize for the inconveniences this might cause you. If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us.

China National Holiday and Chrisvicmall Service Adjustment News Update

There will be National Holiday in China starting from 30th of September to 9th of October. For this reason, Chrisvicmall China Branch will not be operating during this period. Processing and shipping of orders will stop on 30th of September and will resume on 9th of October. Please if you have any goods in our China office which you would like us to ship before the vacation starts, please notify us before. Other Chrisvicmall branches like Nigeria and Ghana will still be working during this holiday.

In order to improve our service and make things more better, we have decided to make the following adjustments:

  1. Whatsapp Communication Will No Longer Be Supported : After much deliberating, we have decided to stop whatsapp communication. All communication should be through Chrisvicmall website Live Chat, phone calls, and the ticket section. Messages sent to our Whatsapp will not get any reply. Moreover we will be blocking whatsapp messages starting from 9th of October.
  2. Introduction of Insurance Fee : There have been cases whereby goods damage during delivery and we have to find a way to reach agreement with the customer. The unfortunate thing is that the airline never compensate us because there is no insurance fee. Besides, it also leads to delay in reaching agreement for compensation. With the introduction of Shipping Insurance fee, if you insure your goods during shipping, if there is damage during delivery, you will receive compensation within 1 to 3 working days. If there is no insurance, it means that there won't be any compensation.
  3. Additional Custom Charges : Some goods will atttract additional custom charges. If you are shipping things like body cream, soap,perfume, or chemical/detergents, please note that you are mostly like to be charge additional clearance fee. The price will be additional $1.5 per kg. This is only applicable to goods being sent to Nigeria through Normal Shipping, Express Shipping or Triweekly Shipping.
  4. Change of Service Charge : From 9th of October, the service charge will no longer be $5 per order. Now we will be charging per link. For example, if you are purchasing from 10 links, there will be 5% charge for each link. The maximum charge per link will be $5. For example, if you submitted link A and B and if link A cost $200, although 5% of $200 will be $10 but you will be charge $5. If link B is $70, then 5% of $70 will $3.5. This means that you will be charge a total of $8.5 for this order. Please note that the service charge currency depends on the website you are purchasing from. If you are purchasing from, then the service charge will be in dollars. If you are purchasing from,, or then the service charge will be in Yuan. If you are paying your supplier, then the service charge will be in dollar.
  5. Half Payment Required Before Shipping : If you are shipping to Ghana or Nigeria,  before we ship out your goods, your account is required to have half of the shipping fee before your goods can be ship to its destination. Please note that  we will only ship your goods after receiving your shipping order.
  6. Get Paid For Our Late Reply : Our current Email communication platform will be change to ticket system. When you open a ticket, you will not be able to open another ticket until we have marked the current ticked as "Completed". If you send a message through the ticket system and if we fail to reply you within 3 working days, you will start receiving $1 each day until your message is answered.
