How to Update Product Information
Sometimes you might want to update your product information either because you no longer sell such product(s) or the price of the product has changed or the product is currently out of stock or for whatever reason, you can do that by choosing any of the below options that suit you.
Option 1. (Updating Product Info e.g price, description, etc)
Login to your Chrisvicmall Account and navigate to Product List and click on edit product. After changing the information you want, click on "Update Product.
Option 2. (Out Of Stock Product(s))
Login to your Chrisvicmall Account and navigate to Product List and click on "out of stock" product. The product will no longer be available in our search. To make the product available again, click on "in stock".
Option 3. (Deleting Product(s))
Login to your Chrisvicmall Account and navigate to Product List and click on "DELETE Product" . Once you delete the product, it will no longer be available in our database or any of the search engine. Be careful when choosing this option
