Service Fees and Charges
Registration, and adding your products on Chrisvicmall is free. We only charge you when you make a sale on Chrisvicmall platform. We charge 1% of the product fee for each product you sell on Chrisvimall. The fee excludes the shipping fee of the product. For example, if the price of a product is 1000naira/1000dollar, while the shipping fee is 30naira/$30. The total amount a buyer pays is 1030naira/1030dollar. Chrisvicmall only charge 1% of 1000naira/1000dollar( the product fee). That means we only charge you 10naira(for local sellers) or 10dollar(for international sellers).
Receiving Your Money
Our aim is to provide a platform where both "you" the seller and the buyer will run a smooth transaction with confidence. So in order to protect both you and the buyer, we do not release the money to you until the buyer has receive the product and confirm that the product is as you said.
