Transparent transaction...but an item was missing from my package. I do not know if it is the fault of the seller or Chrisvicmall. But, overall, I think I will do business again with you next time.However, you need to improve on your communication with clients...and addressing their concerns. I am particularly happy that I received email updates almost on a daily basis. Keep getting better. Thumbs up!

I paid 23,000 in cvm diamond bank account
for 2 sets of orders inclusve service charge, and shipping.

I received all my items except for a car seat cover I ordered.
I was sent a mail, I was charged for
service charge/local shipping fee in china & item fee.

Elena who handled my order has been giving me ghost breakdown.
victor promised to look into it, but has done nothing,
If I ordered items of 23k and recvd all except for my car seat order please where is my car seat cover
or my money?

MY ORDER GET TO LAGOS OFFICE I HAVE TO CALL THEM BEFORE THEY SEND ME DETAILS AND NOW ASKING ME WHICH STATE AND IF HAVE PAID MY LOCAL SHIPPING WHICH HAVE PAID EVEN BEFORE THE GOODS ARRIVE NIGERIA,PLEASE TELL CHINWE TO CHANGE HER ALTITUDE IN ANSWERING CUSTOMER I DONT KNOW HER AND DOSE NOT KNOW ME EITHER BUT IN ALL YOU PEOPLE ARE THE BEST. MY ADVICE IS THIS FOR THOSE OF US THAT HAVE PAID OUR LOCAL SHIPPING BEFORE GOODS ARRIVE SIMPLE COLLECT THERE STATE OF ORIGIN ON TIME.

D customer service person in china Ellena is very very slow to responses, I paid for express shipping but my goods in like 2wks plus and still yet some of my goods my seller sent to dem dey excluded some goods their y very bad experience,but chinwe is always on point. Till date have not head anything about my goods dey remove

The item I sent via u guys was not up to 1gb but I was charged N2664. I do not really understand how u guys do ur weight measurements but it hurts when one starts counting losses for what she thought will make things easier for her. And the sending method within Nigeria needs improvement. Thanks

I am yet to place an order for these goods and it was sent by express. I placed an order for the last goods to be sent by express and it was sent by normal shipping. Your team should please not send by assumption but always check the order placement before shipping out.
