Before purchasing anything from any seller on ChrisvicMall, you need to have some money on your ChrisvicMall account. In order to recharge your ChrisvicMall account, follow this steps below

Direct Payment

1. Go to the nearest Diamond Bank and pay the amount of the item you want to purchase into the following account number
   
   Bank Name:Diamond Bank
   ACCOUNT NAME: CHRISVIC BUSINESS LOGISTICS LTD
   ACCOUNT NUMBER: 0023239767
   
   For example, if the total product price and shipping price of the item is 100dollar, convert 100dollar to naira with http://chrisvicmall.com/amount_topay and pay the equivalent amount in the bank account above. After payment, your ChrisvicMall account will be recharge within 3hours after your payment has been verified. For faster recharge, we recommend that you contact us immediately after making the payment.
   
   

2. Recharging With Interswitch card, Master card, or Visa card

   You can also recharge your Chrisvicmall Account online. To recharge your account online, you need to login and come back to this page.
3. After your account has been recharged, you can then choose the product you want to purchase. On the check out page, make sure that you enter the address you want the seller to send the product. We highly recommend that you verify the address you entered before submitting it.



4. Once you pay/submit the order, the seller will be notified of your purchase. When the seller send the item to you you will be notified of the shipping tracking number.



5. In case the seller failed to send the product after 7 days of your purchase, you can contact the seller or simply go into you ChrisvicMall account and cancel the order and your money will return back to your Chrisvicmall Account.
